Cody in November

Cody burned his finger pretty bad the last time we went up in the canyon.  He was roasting a keebler cookie on his stick and it slid down and landed on his hand.  He was in a lot of pain of the way home but he was a tough kid.

It blistered up pretty good.  He had already popped the smaller blister on his middle finger so we just had to keep the one protected for a few days.

getting kisses from his favorite girl.  He had a mint in his mouth that she wanted.

the burn after a couple weeks.

I love this picture because it shows all the bracelets that he spent an hour making for all his friends at church.

Cade in November

This little boy makes us laugh at least once a day.  His comments come from left field and we enjoy listening to him talk.

He set up a table to sell stuff.  Turns out he didn't have anything to sell so he just colored for a while.

He's my cutest sleeper

posing with the big bears at Costco

He seriously thought I was going to buy him one

He has been obsessed with doing his hair lately.  This was one of his creations.  I let him go to school like that because he was so proud of himself and it took him 20 minutes.  You couldn't mess it up with hammer there was so much gel in it.

Callie in November

She is the cutest thing I have ever seen, even with crazy hair!

we were watching a movie on the couch but as soon as she saw me taking her picture...

she did this.  keep it classy Cal.

making sure she licked her plate clean

We have had amazing Fall weather and this little one has thoroughly enjoyed it.  She loves being out with the big kids.

enjoying a hot dog for dinner.

I swear she can hear me open the dishwasher from anywhere in the house.   She is quite the little helper

We saw these humongous bears at Costco and we had to take pictures with them.

She is still obsessed with her blanket that she has started calling her "nigh nigh nigh"

watching cartoons.  She will sit still for roughly 12 seconds at a time

She couldn't reach the tracks so she figured out a solution on her own.

Mommy's shopping buddy.  Callie wanted to try on some clothes too :)

Her hair is out of control.  If it isn't pulled back, she seriously can't see anything.

post nap hair

She was playing with this light strand, putting it on like a necklace and bracelet for 5 minutes before Cody plugged it in and totally rocked her little world!

She is definitely the little princess of our home.  I have loved having a girl but there are definitely some major differences between her and the boys at this age.  She is so dramatic already.  She bloody murder screams if she doesn't get her way and if she is mad she just starts swatting at things near her or she'll look directly at me and pull her bows out or she'll bend over and smack her forehead on the floor.  I don't get it.  She loves having her Uncle Mikey in the basement and stands at the door to the basement at least 5 times a day calling out for him.  "Mine-y, Mine-y!"  She has just recently started saying it with a "k" occasionally.   She loves her brothers but she also loves her personal space.  It's a fine line for them.  She calls Cade, Cader and Cody Coqi.  When Chris gets home from work she bolts toward him.  It's the best part of her day.  She is still an animal lover, no matter what kind.  She smothers them with hugs and kisses.  We love her to pieces.

Thanksgiving 2014

This isn't Thanksgiving but I took the boys to a play called Suessical Jr.  They had a lot of fun.  I was just happy Cade only had to use the bathroom once during the hour.

This year for Thanksgiving we stayed home.  We haven't had Thanksgiving at our house ever so it was kind of fun.  Still stressful but definitely fun.  The boys took care of the turkey and the girls made sure the fixings were there.

the kids table.  nothing special but they liked it.

The spread: turkey, potatoes, stuffing, rolls, cranberry sauce, veggies and then Mike made some delicious jalepeno deviled eggs.

Papa Dug, Melissa and Cody wrestling after dinner.

Cade, Cody, Callie and Suvee watching a movie

Callie put my mom's cell phone in the trash.  It started ringing but no one could figure out where it was.  My dad had to dig through the whole bag to find it. :)
