Silly Cade

Here are just lots of pictures of my silly little boy. He is always up to something!

Cody's Lemonade Stand

Cody begged me to let him have a lemonade stand last year but we lived in a culdesac and Cade was so little but this year we got him hooked up. His friend Riley did one last week so the begging had resumed. We went to the little park that is within walking distance to our house and set him up. He made $8 to put in his ice cream truck fund and he had a blast!

Rub a Dub Dubs

Every now and then Cade takes matters into his own hands and tells Cody to leave him alone. Fortunately for Cade, Cody was in a good mode at the time and took it pretty well.

Camp fires and Butt cracks

My friend Chelsea invited us up the canyon last week to roast marshmallows and we couldn't turn her down! Cody was excited to get out of the house and he even got to use his new squirt gun, that doesn't leave his side, at the end.

It took him 3 hours to roast his first marshmallow.
Ok, well it would have but I pushed him a little closer.
Chelsea has affectionately nicknamed Cody, 'Buttcrack" Obviously she doesn't say it to his face but he always has his crack hanging out. No matter how tight his pants are.
Helping to put out the fire before we left.
The babies enjoying a few graham crackers and a marshmallow.

Tee Ball

Cody has had blast playing tee ball. He gets it faster than Soccer. He has only had 2 games but asks every single day if he has a game that day. It took a minute for him to remember to run after he hit the ball the first time but he figured it out pretty quick.
Now, he just has to remember to throw the ball after he fields it and not run it to first base.
Before he coach figured out that it is probably best to have the kids line up on the pitchers mound and take turns fielding the ball this was the result after every batter

The Dinosaur Museum

Some friends invited us to go to the Dinosaur Museum in Lehi with them last week and of course we went. That is Cody's favorite place EVER :) Cade had a blast with his new found freedom, and even got to play on a few toys.

Fishing!

Cody got a new fishing pole, tackle box and vest for his birthday and he had been driving me crazy to take him fishing. My dad took him down to a little pond by our house a couple weeks ago and then Chris took him the next week. He loves it and when he gets back he has to rearrange his tackle box so it is ready for the next trip.

Swimming

Last week I told Cody we would go to the water park on Monday since it was supposed to be really nice but it turned out to be pretty windy so we went to the indoor pool instead, along with most of Utah County. The boys had a good time though and that is all that mattered. Cade is getting more and more confident in his walking ability and thought he was pretty funny when he would get away.
