She had her first bubbles experience.  At first she was hesitant but then she went right into them.

Grandma Scott's weekend in Utah

Chris's Grandma was in town visiting her brother and while she was here we were able to see her a few times.   Chris picked her up on his way home from work one night and she came to Cody's program at school and then we went to dinner on the way to taking her back home.

 Saturday morning she called and said she was up and wanted to come to the boys soccer games.  Fortunately, the weather was amazing so we didn't freeze and the games were back to back.  (the next week it was pouring rain the whole day)

 I think Cade is outgrowing the "its ok to give Grandma kisses" phase :)

We even got to have her over on Easter for dinner.  By the end of the weekend she was sick of me taking pictures but we never get to see her so I had to take as many as she'd let me.

Easter 2014

We had a great Easter weekend.  Callie loved the 2 Easter Bunnies she got to see and her only Easter egg that she found Easter morning.  We gave her a head start finding eggs :)  The kids loved their little Easter bags, finding eggs and playing with their toys.  Nice and low key this year. 

Spring Break

We got back into town Sunday night and my parents had already left.  Steve and Lori beat us to the house so they watched the kids for a little bit until we got there.  This whole week has been Spring Break.  It was our first Spring Break spent in Utah since we moved here.  The weather was perfect and we spent lots of time outside and playing with friends.

 We also went to visit Suzi and her new little baby.  Cody loves babies and could sit and hold them for hours.

 Saturday night we took the kids to Golden Corral for dinner and they went nuts for the cotton candy.

The Easter Bunny was at Walmart when we were there.  Callie LOVED him.  She started screaming for him from the parking lot.
