Cader-bug

We went to dinner in Provo on Saturday while the big boys were at the BSU game in Seattle and since it was a Saturday night there was a live band playing and a splash pad so we let Cade play in the water while we just sat and enjoyed the weather and music.

I let the boys bring Callie in the bath tub with them.  They were so excited to have her in there but it soon turned a little too rough for her. 

 

This is Cody's best attempt at a "biwwy" 

I decided not to try to get a picture of Cody on the first day of school with his teacher since it would be a mad house and I would have a baby in a carseat and a 3 year old so instead I took one at back to school night.  He loves her already.

The first 7 days or so of school were color days.  On pink day he only had this dress shirt as an option and it was a little small.  When he came home the top button had come undone and he looked like he was trying to be sexy.

Kitchen Remodel: waynes coating

Chris has been hard at work on a new project for the last 3 weeks or so.  He added wayne's coating in the kitchen.  I have been so impressed with his work.

Callie: Week 15

Callie's normal sleeping position.  No matter how hard I try, she gets her arms out in less than 60 seconds.

We have to make sure she does her tummy time to strengthen her neck and spine but I have to do it when none of my family is around or they all come to her rescue.  As soon as Cody or Cade gives her her binky she just goes to sleep.

Cody's First Day of 1st Grade

Oh my goodness where has the time gone?  Not only do I have a 7 year old but I have a child in all day school.  He technically could be in 2nd grade which I can think about or I will cry.  I am so glad I held him back just so he could be my little boy a little longer.  He was so excited for school to start even though you can't really tell in the pictures I took before he left.  I kind of wonder if he will ever have a natural smile.

 then I threw Cade in for a couple pictures too because I loved what he chose to wear when I asked him to go get dressed.

Idaho Trip: Monday

We make the long drive back home on Monday but we didn't try to rush out of town since Chris would be at work til about 6 anyway.  The kids lounged around while I got us all packed up and then we hit the road.  With 37 potty stops for Cade, one lunch stop and 1 stop to gas up and feed Callie we finally made it home at 6:30 Monday night

Cody picked cucumbers out of Papa Dug's garden and took them to the local markets and sold them.  I think he made $4.50 while we were there

Callie: week 14

We had a lot of fun this week.  Callie was a champ the whole day we were at Lagoon and in the car up to Boise and then got lots of snuggles the whole week we were in Idaho.
